A different brain, not defective
Every mind is unique and deserves solutions that fit it: understand how the ADHD brain works, don’t force it to work differently.

Work with ADHD,
not against it
There's nothing broken in your brain that needs fixing.
It works differently, not worse, and when your environment adapts to that difference instead of fighting it, you don't just get through the day: you can thrive in it.
For Entrepreneurs and Creatives
You set your own schedule, but that also means no one holds the structure for you. We design a system that adapts to your real energy and inspiration peaks, instead of forcing you into an office schedule that was never built for a mind like yours.
For Employees
You meet deadlines on the outside, even when every task costs you double on the inside. We work together so that constant pressure stops living only in your head: we build routines and external checkpoints that support your real pace of work, without having to pretend everything comes easy or justify needing support.
For University Students
No one taught you how to organize yourself, it was assumed you already knew. I help you break down every assignment and exam into steps you can actually sustain, so studying stops being a constant fight against the clock and the fear of falling behind.

Attention
No se dirige donde tú decides, se dirige donde hay interés o urgencia real. Puedes hiperenfocarte en algo que te apasiona pero no aguantar una tarea aburrida, por importante que sea.

Time

The UnicaMente
Methodology

Understand how your brain works
Reading about ADHD in the abstract doesn't help. What helps is identifying exactly when during your day you lose control: is it when starting a task? When switching between tasks? In long meetings? In your inbox? Every symptom has a different failure point, and every failure point has a different fix.
Experiment and analyze
Strategies that actually work don't come from a clinical manual, they come from other people with ADHD who already tried, failed, and adjusted in real work. That's why one trick from someone who lives it is worth more than ten generic productivity tips.

Turn it into action with concrete systems
Don't set yourself the goal of “focusing more.” Set yourself “breaking this task into two-minute steps” or “asking for important communication in writing.” Willpower is a resource that runs out, an external system doesn't.
Sustain the change with support
No system survives long if you're the only one holding it up, reminding yourself every day. Having someone working with you sustains the habit far better than any reminder app. The concept of "accountability" is extremely important for systems to become stable routines.

FAQs
What is ADHD in adults?
ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in adults isn't a lack of effort or discipline: it's a real difference in how the brain manages attention, time, and emotional regulation.
It's estimated that between 15 and 20% of the population is neurodivergent, meaning they show neurological variations (such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other processing and thinking styles). 5-7% of the world's population fits the profile of a person with ADHD.
What is ADHD Coaching and how does it help?
Neurocoaching is UnicaMente's approach to applying practical management tools to an ADHD brain: instead of asking for more willpower, it helps you design work, time, and energy systems that fit how your mind works. It's not therapy or a diagnosis: it's action-focused support, designed for adults who already know, with or without a formal diagnosis, that their brain works differently.
What does ADHD look like day to day?
It means living with a brain that doesn't automatically generate the push other brains have to start or sustain a task. It's not laziness: it's neurobiology. The challenge isn't trying harder, it's building systems that fit how your mind works.
Do you always need an official test or diagnosis?
No. A formal diagnosis can help in some contexts (medical, work-related), but it's not a requirement to understand how your brain works and start building systems that support you.
Is ADHD in adulthood different from childhood?
Yes. Over the years you learn to mask it: on the outside you meet deadlines, on the inside every task costs double the energy. Adult ADHD looks more like chronic exhaustion and the constant feeling of being about to be found out, than visible hyperactivity.
