The Importance of Structure

Often, what we label as saturation, procrastination, or anxiety is actually a symptom of a lack of clarity and support to help us focus on what's most important by eliminating the unnecessary.

Modern mental overload isn’t a character flaw; it’s the consequence of a disconnect between “What” you want to achieve and “How” we’ve been taught to achieve it. When that gap widens, paralysis sets in, blocking us.

Building upon natural abilities and individual talents (instead of trying to "fix" weaknesses) is the only way to achieve goals sustainably and without stress. 

Facilitating Environments

Redesigning and adapting spaces and daily routines to eliminate friction. This involves identifying and dismantling biases and assumptions about how we "should" work or organize.

Neuro-affirming approach

Validating that each mind has a unique way of arriving at solutions and processing information. This approach is particularly important for people who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, dyslexia, autism, etc.), allowing them to stop perceiving themselves as "defective."

My greatest source of knowledge about neuroinclusion is my own experience: a lifetime of trying to fit into rigid systems that take a certain way of thinking for granted, far from having an inclusive perspective.

In 2024, after a late ADHD diagnosis, I understood that it’s not just neurodivergent people who have different brains: there are as many people as there are ways of thinking and processing information. It’s a fact, and it’s called neurodiversity.

Today, I integrate my personal journey with a specialization in neuroinclusion endorsed by ADDCA.
