(Neuro)Divergent Thinkers
It is estimated that approximately 15-20% of the world's population has some type of neurodivergence, which translates into ways of processing information differently and alternative thinking styles.
The concept of neuroinclusion is, today more than ever, as urgent to understand as it is often misinterpreted. Several studies estimate that 1 in every 7 adults has neurodivergent traits, either individually or combined, for example, ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, or dyscalculia.
Accepting this reality is not a matter of trend or image, but of taking advantage of the real potential of each person. In addition, in a world increasingly standardized and guided by AI, neurodivergent talent can make the difference: creativity, lateral thinking and the ability to solve complex problems are just some of the talents that these profiles bring.
The keys to developing neurodivergent thinking are simple:
Neuro-Affirmative Approach
Neuro-affirmative coaching is not about trying to change who you are: it's about helping you recognize and enhance the different ways our brains can function and trying new techniques that help us set and achieve our goals.
Focus on Strengths
Change the narrative of "disorder" or "deficit" for a vision based on capabilities, identifying unique talents that can bring innovation and original solutions.
Facilitating Environments
Understand that success does not depend only on the will, but on the interaction with the environment. If the environment is designed to support executive function, neurodivergent talent can shine without exhaustion.
It's not about fitting in but about thinking differently.
Some minds don't follow linear or conventional paths, and that's precisely where their ability to see, understand, and create differently lies.

Fall in love with your natural way of thinking
Achieving your personal or professional goals shouldn’t feel like a constant struggle. Through coaching-style sessions of facilitating (neuro)divergent thinking, we work on identifying your strengths, understanding how your mind works and developing practical strategies that adapt to you.
This service is meant to help you stop “trying harder” and start building your own operating system. Together we can build systems that actually stick. Stop fitting into neurotypical standards: let’s build yours!

Improves retention and promotes neuroinclusivity
Having worked as a project manager, I know that neuroinclusivity can be perceived as a challenge. However, it is precisely the unique minds that drive innovation. The real challenge is not only to attract talent, but to effectively integrate it into the teams and know how to take advantage of it.
In the academic field, this challenge is transferred to the classroom: both universities and private schools need infrastructures that allow neurodivergent students to thrive and reach their maximum potential
Hola, I'm Silvia
My philosophy is that being neurodivergent is not a diagnosis. It's part of the identity.

My greatest source of expertise in neurodivergence and neuroinclusivity isn’t a degree, but my own experience: years of trying to fit into structures that didn’t reflect how I think. In 2024, a late ADHD diagnosis changed everything: it wasn’t me who needed to adapt, it was the system that failed to consider other ways of thinking.
As a (Neuro)Divergent Thinking Facilitator™ specializing in ADHD and Executive Function support, I work from this understanding: supporting and designing systems that stem from the logic of (neuro)divergent thinking, not trying to correct it.
